STUDIO POLICY
DURING YOUR SESSION AT THE BUNKHOUSE CREATIVE:
We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep the music and loud noises within a reasonable volume. Excessively loud noises and disruption may result in termination of your session and future bookings. We want to maintain a professional and peaceful atmosphere.

Please be respectful of the time you reserved. Due to a vast inquire of creatives, the studio is predicted to run on a tight schedule.

We understand that accidents happen, but if something gets broken, please let us know immediately. You will be billed for any necessary repairs or replacements. This includes, but not limited to, broken props, furniture, windows or building damage.

LEAVING THE BUNKHOUSE CREATIVE:
We ask that all guests leave the studio better than they found it. Dispose of all trash properly, return props and furniture to their original place, wipe down all messes, and ensure that door is locked before leaving. Cleaning supplies, including a broom and mop are available. Please be diligent and respectful when using the space. If you encounter any issues, reach out to us directly.

For the safety of all guests, security cameras will be in place and footage may be reviewed upon your departure. ​​​​​​​​​​

HOW DO I BOOK THE STUDIO?COMING SOON

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I BOOK?Your booking time should include time not only to have your event or session, but also for set-up and teardown. You will be charged an additional hour if you go beyond your booking time and are in the studio beyond fifteen minutes after your scheduled time.

WHAT DOES THE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?The monthly studio membership is a great way for all creatives to preplan their monthly shoots at a discounted price! The Benefits: - 10 hours of studio time each month at 20% off - Availability to your hours throughout the entire month or all at once - Complimentary use of all studio amenities - Unfortunately at this time, all unused hours will not roll over to the next month - Cancel your subscription any time before you next billing cycle

WHAT DOES RENTAL INCLUDE?Your rental at The Bunkhouse Creative Studio includes access to the prop closet that houses 15+ backdrops, a seasonal rolling backdrop, furniture, and baskets on baskets of various props. You will also have access to our small coffee bar and drink fridge.

NO-NOs OF THE STUDIOTo keep The Bunkhouse Creative a welcoming and inspiring space for all, we ask that you leave the studio clean and tidy, returning all props and furniture to their original place. For safety and upkeep, please avoid glitter, confetti, open flames, or anything that could cause damage to the space.

CAN WE BRING PETS TO SESSIONS?Yes, pets are welcome at The Bunkhouse Creative, but we require a signed pet contract and a $20 pet fee to ensure the space stays clean and comfortable for all guests.

CAN I RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?There is no fee to reschedule as long as it is done with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time will receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your booked time will receive 50% refund.
